Why should I pay for Monthly Care instead of just calling when things break?

Relying on break-fix IT means you're already experiencing downtime when you call — and downtime costs your business money. Monthly Care is about prevention. We proactively monitor your systems, manage updates, and catch small issues before they become expensive problems. Plus, Monthly Care clients receive priority response times over ad-hoc requests, giving you predictable IT costs and complete peace of mind.

How much can you actually fix remotely?

You'd be surprised — we resolve about 90% of day-to-day IT issues remotely. This includes Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, software glitches, email configuration, and network management. It's the fastest way to get your team back to work. If an issue requires a physical presence — such as hardware failure or hands-on network troubleshooting — we'll immediately advise a straightforward Cape Town call-out.

How does the AI Lead Capture System pay for itself?

Think of the AI system as a digital receptionist that never sleeps. If a potential customer messages your website or WhatsApp at 8 PM on a Saturday, the AI instantly engages them, captures their contact details, and qualifies the lead. Securing just one or two new, high-value clients who might have otherwise moved on to a competitor easily covers the setup and monthly running costs.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly IT Care and the AI Lead Capture system both run month-to-month — cancel anytime. For AI, we also offer a 90-day pilot so you can prove the value before committing. We believe in earning the relationship every month.

What happens if I exceed my 8 hours of remote support?

If your business has an unusually busy month and requires support beyond the included 8 hours, we simply bill the additional time at our standard, transparent hourly rate. You'll always be notified before any extra billing occurs — there are never any surprises on your invoice.
